I give my permission to CSI Camp by Crime Scene Investigators LLC. to photograph my child(ren) to use to promote the future CSI Camps publicly. CSI LLC. will use the photos and media in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me because of such use. Further, I give my full consent for my child's participation in CSI Camp . I do herby wave, release and hold harmless the director and staff for any injury that may be suffered by my child in the course of participation.
